Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DryLine Houston ("DryLine Houston," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit drylinehouston.com, call our number, or send us a request for water damage help. DryLine Houston is a sole proprietorship based in Texas. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

DryLine Houston is a marketing and referral service. We are not a restoration contractor. When you ask for help, we pass your request to one independent licensed restoration contractor who may contact you about the work.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information

4. Sharing with partner contractors

When you submit a request, we share your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the details you gave us with one independent licensed restoration contractor chosen for your request. That contractor may call or text you. They run their own business, and they set their own prices and terms. Once they have your information, their own privacy practices also apply to what they hold.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it for unrelated marketing. We share it only as described in this policy.

5. Other service providers

We use outside companies to run the site and handle your request. They process information on our behalf. They include our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our phone, text, and customer-record system (GoHighLevel and its carrier partners), and Google (advertising measurement and analytics). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect against fraud or abuse.

6. Call recording notice

Calls to our number may be recorded, and voicemails are recorded. We use recordings to take down your request, hand it to a partner contractor, and check quality. By staying on the line or leaving a message, you agree to the recording. If you do not want to be recorded, please use the request form instead.

7. Calls and text messages (TCPA consent)

When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that DryLine Houston and one partner contractor may call and text you at the number you gave, including with automated technology, about your request. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Here is what to expect:

Texas: we ask for your consent before sending you automated calls or texts about your request, consistent with the Texas Business and Commerce Code and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses the Google Ads tag, and may use Google Analytics, to count visits, measure which ads lead to calls and requests, and improve our advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and Google receives information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in Google's Ad Settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from calling us or sending a request.

9. Data retention

We keep requests, call recordings, and messages for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including business records and legal compliance, and generally no longer than 3 years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (Section 10).

10. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of calls and texts at any time (reply STOP, or email us). We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time. Contact us using the details in Section 12. A contractor who already received your request holds their own copy, so you will need to ask them separately.

11. Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transfer or storage is perfectly secure. This site is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
