Terms of Service
Effective date: October 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of drylinehouston.com and the request service offered by DryLine Houston ("DryLine Houston," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship in Texas. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What DryLine Houston is
DryLine Houston is a marketing and referral service. We take your water damage request and pass it to an independent licensed restoration contractor. We are not a restoration contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or inspect any restoration, plumbing, mold, or repair work.
2. How a request works
When you call or send the form, we pass your details to one independent contractor, who may call or text you. The contractor decides whether and when they can take the job. Any agreement for work is a direct agreement between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it.
3. No guarantee of availability
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that anyone will respond within a certain time, or that your request will result in service. In an emergency, if you cannot reach someone quickly, call another provider, your insurance company's emergency line, or 911 if anyone is in danger.
4. Contractors are independent
Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners. They set their own prices, schedules, and terms. We do not guarantee their licenses, insurance, quality, pricing, or results. Please confirm license, insurance, and price with the contractor before work starts, and get any quote or agreement in writing.
5. Your information
When you send a request, you agree that the details are accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to request work on the property. You agree to the use and sharing of your information described in our Privacy Policy, including calls and texts from us and one partner contractor. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, send false or automated requests, or try to interfere with the site or its security.
7. Disclaimers
The site and our service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information on the site is general and is not professional, legal, insurance, or engineering advice. Mention of insurance on our pages does not mean any claim will be approved or paid.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DryLine Houston is not liable for the work, acts, omissions, pricing, or results of any contractor, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of property or income, connected to your use of the site or your dealings with any contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or service will not exceed $100.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, and logo on this site belong to DryLine Houston. You may view the site for your own use but may not copy or reuse it for other purposes without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes
